Welcome to Easly! By accessing ourplatform—available via www.soeasly.com or any other website owned and operatedby Easly AS—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
"Easly": Refers to Easly AS, including its successors and assigns.
"Services": Encompasses the software platform and related servicesprovided by Easly.
"Customer": The entity or individual who registers to use Easly's Services.
"End User": Any individual authorized by the Customer to use the Services.
"Confidential Information": All non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.
2. About Easly
Easly is a software platform that enables businesses to streamline and manage a variety of workflows related to customer service, operations, and after-sales processes — whether using preconfigured flows or adapting them to fit internal routines.
3. Use of the Service
By registering and using the Easly-platform, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up to date. You agree to use the Easly platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password used to access the platform. Easly is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Data and Privacy
By using Easly, personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to the platform complies with your own legal obligations regarding data protection and privacy, especially with respect to your customers.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of a subscription fee. Easly invoices customers as part of a recurring subscription model. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Setup Fees: A one-time setup or onboarding fee may apply if significant adjustments or modifications to the standard platform setup are required to meet the customer's needs.
Custom Work and Hourly Rates: If the customer requests additional changes, configurations, or workflow customizations beyond the initial setup, Easly may charge an hourly rate for this work. Such charges will be added to the customer’s monthly invoice.
Billing Information: The customer agrees to provide and maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information. Easly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of delayed or non-payment.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information disclosed during the term of this agreement. Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and technology associated with Easly are protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for your internal business purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Easly platform is provided "asis" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continuously available. Easly disclaims any liability for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the service.
10. Termination
By Customer: You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to Easly. Unless otherwise agreed, a standard notice period of three (3) months applies from the end of the current month.
By Easly: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stavanger, Norway.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. In case of material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform.
